  I would like to point out that I am not Sylvia Ling. I am Jennifer Munro, her daughter, and she has given me permission to use her computer as I am visiting her for a week from Scotland. I bought a pair of trousers on Wednesday 28 Feb and was told that, as there is no changing room, I could bring them back with receipt within 7 days and get a refund if they didn't fit. On Saturday 3 March I made a trip to Upminster specifically to return the trousers which didn't fit, but was told I couldn't have a refund because the manager wasn't there. The assistant thought the manager might be there on Monday. I felt really annoyed that I hadn't been told that I could only get a refund at the times when the manager was present. Now I have to make another unnecessary trip into Upminster.
